This Disclaimer applies to all use of the RatingBaazar platform, website, dashboard, QR codes, stickers, standees, and AI review-suggestion service (collectively, the "Service"), provided by RatingBaazar ("RatingBaazar", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the disclaimers set out below. This Disclaimer should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of the Service
RatingBaazar is strictly a facilitation and convenience tool that helps End Customers draft and consider posting a review more easily, using an AI-generated suggestion, and helps Business Owners track basic engagement analytics. RatingBaazar is not a review-writing agency, marketing agency, or reputation-management guarantee service, and does not itself write, post, submit, or manage any review on any Business Owner's behalf.
2. No Guarantee of Reviews
RatingBaazar makes no representation, promise, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that any Business Owner will receive any reviews, a specific number of reviews, positive reviews, higher ratings, increased visibility, additional customers, or any other business outcome as a result of purchasing a Plan or using the Service. Successful payment and activation of a Plan is not, and shall never be construed as, a guarantee that End Customers will actually leave reviews on Google.
3. Scan Count and Click Count Are Indicators, Not Confirmations
The "Scan Count" and "Copy and Post to Google" click count shown on the Business Owner's dashboard reflect only that a QR code was scanned or a button was clicked. They do NOT confirm, verify, or guarantee that a review was actually completed and published on Google. Once redirected to Google's website, RatingBaazar has no technical ability to monitor, track, or verify what the End Customer subsequently does, including whether the Customer submits, edits, abandons, or navigates away from ("backs out of") the review process. Any gap between these counters and the number of reviews visible on Google's platform is expected and is not attributable to any fault, error, or malfunction of the Service.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Review suggestions displayed on the Platform are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and are provided as drafts only. RatingBaazar does not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, error-free, unbiased, or representative of any individual's genuine experience. Responsibility for reviewing, editing, approving, and ultimately submitting any review rests solely with the End Customer who chooses to use it.
5. Third-Party Website Disclaimer
The Service directs End Customers to Google's website for the purpose of posting a review. RatingBaazar is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC. We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, functionality, or any changes made by Google or any other third-party platform linked from or connected to our Service.
6. No Business Outcome Guarantee
Any reference on our website, marketing material, or Platform to potential benefits of using RatingBaazar (such as an easier review process) is illustrative only and does not constitute a promise or warranty of any specific business result, revenue increase, or reputational outcome.
7. Technical Disclaimer
While RatingBaazar takes reasonable steps to keep the Platform, QR codes, and dashboard functioning correctly, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults, and shall not be liable for temporary unavailability, delays, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
8. No Professional or Legal Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, marketing, or business advice. Business Owners are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with Google's review policies and all applicable laws relating to consumer reviews, advertising, and data protection.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RatingBaazar, its proprietor, employees, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from reliance on this Disclaimer, use of the Service, non-receipt of expected reviews, or actions taken by End Customers or Google that are beyond RatingBaazar's control.
